Chinese Dancing Field Trip

We have started learning about time... so help me with this time problem from today:
We left for our field trip at 9:35 and the busses were 15 minutes late. What time were we supposed to leave?



p.s. Do you think you could tell time on this clock? What is different about it?

My friend wanted to trade me and I need your help to make sure it's fair. She said she would give me 18 dollars and 8 quarters in exchange for my 4 five dollar bills . Is that the same amount? Should I trade her?
